By accessing thedatafactory.in or enrolling in any program offered by The Data Factory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
The Data Factory provides educational programs, training courses, research support, hackathon facilitation, startup mentorship and placement assistance in the fields of Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Automation.
3. Enrollment and Payments
Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from our team. Fees, schedules and program details are communicated directly. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment confirmation. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello.thedatafactory@gmail.com for any refund queries.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, designs and resources provided by The Data Factory are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute or share them without written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with peers, mentors and staff. The Data Factory reserves the right to remove any participant who violates our community standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Data Factory provides education and mentorship in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including job placement or salary levels. Our placement support is assistance, not a guarantee.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
